Calvary Chapel El Monte Homeschool Academy is a “Private School Satellite” (PSP) whose mission is to provide service to families who feel led by the Lord to homeschool their children. Most importantly, the focus is finding and growing in our relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ. Our hope is to equip our children for their next chapter in life to help them find their purpose. John 10:10b, Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” 

All your children shall be taught by the LORD,
And great shall be the peace of your children.  Isaiah 54:13

Homeschool Support

Friday School  

Once a week for 5 - 6 hours, we meet at church and hold classes in core subjects including Bible. The teachers are volunteer homeschooling moms who have answered God's call to serve other families by leading classes and facilitating course work. At Friday School, children enjoy learning in a classroom setting with their peers and get the support they need for their schoolwork. Friday School serves as an optional supplement to the children's home education, for which parents are mainly responsible. It is also an opportunity for the children to interact with one another and enjoy various school activities.
