Luke 5:32, "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

The love of Jesus is magnified so much in the fact that even though we consistently sin against Him, He still laid down His life for us. What’s amazing about this is that when Jesus was crucified, He continued in it with the knowledge that we would sin against Him. God knows the beginning from the end. God knows every sin you and I have ever committed and He knows every sin we will ever commit, and yet He still chose to bear the pain of the cross for you because of His great love for you

He bore that pain and suffering because He wants you to be reconciled to Him. He bore that pain because He wants to be in fellowship with you. No matter what you’ve done, where you’ve been, or who you are, the fact is that if you have sinned, you are in the perfect position to receive salvation. Oftentimes, we can think that we have to be perfect in order to receive salvation. But if your goal is to be perfect first, then the Lord’s way of salvation isn’t for you. Jesus calls us to bring our sins to the foot of the cross so that we can receive salvation through grace and have all of our sins washed as white as snow. He knew that you would sin, He knew that you wouldn’t be perfect, and that is the reason He went to the cross.

Don’t wait until you have it all together to come to Jesus. Don’t wait until you feel worthy. Run to Him with all of your messes and mistakes and allow Him to change you from the inside out as you repent. Jesus died to save sinners and He loves you so much!

Love you guys,
